The detailed counterpart to list-packages: each entry carries the package name plus a label, version info, and an isSystemApp flag.
Only packageName is guaranteed — depending on the device type, label and version fields can be empty.
On iOS devices, entries are keyed by bundle identifier, Apple’s built-in apps never appear, and versionCode is always 0. Only when includeUpdates=true: availableUpdate is present when a newer version exists for an Android non-system app in the device owner’s library. It is returned as {versionCode, versionName, country} using the same resolution as install-app with only packageName. This lookup is best effort with a shared 1.5-second budget; Absent means up to date or unknown (including lookup failures, system apps, protected apps, and iOS). By default, no app library lookups are made and availableUpdate is omitted.
